Every morning, the Hotel Deltour team welcomes you to a varied, friendly breakfast adapted to your pace.

We favour fresh, local products selected from producers and artisans in the region. Cheese, yoghurt, bread, herbal teas and other specialities showcase Haute-Loire’s know-how.

Our breakfast is served as a buffet from early morning. Products are sourced through short supply chains to support the local economy and limit transport distances.

We also take care to reduce food waste. Any surplus that is still suitable for consumption is given a new purpose through a responsible approach.
